General terms of business

1. Cancellation insurance
   We recommend that you take out sufficient cancellation and repatriation insurance. If you do not have private insurance, you can also take out cancellation insurance for 4% of the arrangement price with your booking. Provided that the insurance conditions are met, this covers cancellation costs for illness, death, accident, major damage to property at home, refund of unused parts of an arrangement price on early departure.
2. Cancellation conditions
   Up to 22 days before arrival: no costs
   21 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of arrangement price
   14 to 8 days before arrival: 40% of arrangement price
   7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of arrangement price
   on arrival day, no show or early departure: 100% of arrangement price
3. Terms of Payment 100% advance payment by the latest 22 days before arrival or guarantee with provided credit card details and payment on spot
   
4. Prices and programmes strictly subject to amendment
